State of IT in India

India is the second fastest growing economy in the world and IT plays a major role in contributing to the economy. Though the IT field accounts for 5.5 % of the Gross Domestic product rate of India, the present drive of this field doesn’t seem to be fair since we depend mostly on American markets where the dollar value weakens day by day its no more stable. They pay us in dollars and we are no more going to get paid as per the deal due to the fluctuations in the dollar rates. We are now concentrating on European markets to generate revenues. I m afraid we could not sustain for a long depending on other markets .It would be better to concentrate on Indian markets where there is a lot of room for improvement .Indian IT giants need act as solution providers rather than being service provides. They should concentrate more on research part where this could lead to develop solutions so that we could bring out products like Microsoft Windows, Mac OS. This could revolutionize the way of computing. We have very less number of IT professionals pursuing research work compared to our counterpart china. I feel that Indian IT companies should arm themselves with skills to face the challenges offered by various sectors in India who are now dependent on foreign companies for developing the solutions they need. Foreign countries act smarter by using our IT work force for their growth by paying our people very less. Why don’t our IT geeks work for the growth of our nation by making themselves capable of being solution providers for the sectors in our nation that are thriving for growth..If this could be made possible then i think both the nation and IT would prosper to greater heights in the coming days

Life teaches me at the traffic signal

A few days back i was waiting at the traffic signal ,way back to the college ...i found a cute little girl sittting at the back of her mother in a 2 wheeler...still the red light is on and at the time they were waiting for the green signal the little girl was reciting 4th multiplication table and testing herself whether she could remember or not...for 2 consecutive times she could not get her thing right each time she made a mistake in the middle she started again from the beginning without giving up...while she was starting the third time her mother said dont strain much..relax and observe things...U will get it right after some time...
In this context i learned two things the courage of the girl to not give up and the mother's words which says relax and have fun at the mid of tough times..... This is how the life brings some ray of hope and fun into your soul...

Celebrate People

Today i felt as if i was reaping my rewards for celebrating people..when i had a phone call from my brother asking for info on buying new mobile...on the other hand friend called me over to his home to unpack his new laptop..and many more which made me realise how people value me . I strongly believe that people around me value me a lot since im valuing them a lot..I do small things to keep them happy and i too derive some happiness out of it....Always some small things which u do in favor or caring of others brings them tons of pleasure happiness and joy ...You might be the one of the richest person but if you dont know to value people then you are out.....You should pack up your bags to get out of this global arena.

The Alchemist....

Just a few days back i finished reading the book " The Alchemist" by Paulo Cohleo,a brazilian author..

This book is a fable about a sepheard who travels miles and miles before he discovers his destiny..

It has in itself imbibed

" if somebody has a strong desire to acheive their destiny then the whole universe conspires with them"

It also talks about Beginners Luck,Theory of favorability and lot more that would definitely invoke a strong desire in ourself to self discover and get focused on our destiny...

The Ending of the book was so simple but strong and powerful...

I think this entry of the blog would talk some fundamentals about me

Recently i read the below quote in a book and found that it would be apt to adopt it into my life and even you too can..

" Its boring to be today as same as you were yesterday"

If somebody asks what is success for you i would say " Its nothing but Growth"

Whatever may be the amount/percentage of growth ,it may be even 0.1% from the previous but any positive rise is Growth and it's how i define success......

I Celebrate people and strongly believe that Small things bring great joy...

This is want Iam today...I m sure that i would add a lot to the above in the coming days which would induce a positive difference in me and this blog would reflect the same..

Everybody have their own destines and each one follows a different path..experiences a lot..learns a lot...Enjoys a lot
