Another feather on my cap....

This is all about a 9 day training program to my juniors for placement preparations....On completion of this program i feet proud and feel like i should appreciate myself for doing such a wonderful job..Apart from organizing and teaching them i too learnt a lot out of it..I have got my strengths and drawbacks to lime light so that i can improve myself on handling real time tough situations..What has to be improved ? Ya i have to be more people friendly,need to be more proactive...It was all about great management experience....Thanks to my team members who have been committed towards giving out such a fabulous program....Hats off!!!..
